Evening, Night, Weekend Calls and Staff Training

This is an emergency service only. This service is provided by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and is available between 18:30 and 08:00 and at weekends. All emergency calls are transferred to the Out of Hours GP Emergency Service at Glan Clwyd Hospital. On Bank Holidays and during Staff Training an answer phone will be used giving the correct telephone number to dial.

The out-of-hours service is for medical problems that cannot wait until the next working day to be treated.

You can ring 111 at any time of day or night, including weekends and holidays. This is a confidential helpline that is staffed by qualified nurses who can deal with your health concerns. 

Both surgeries are closed for one afternoon each quarter for staff training. Prior notice will be given.
